How to Request Warranty Service

1. Review the Residential Warranty Company Booklet to determine if the problem is covered under the warranty. If it is, complete the Warranty Request Form.

2. Consult the Warranty Subcontractor Phone List (given to you at the homeowner orientation) to find the subcontractor that corresponds with the problem. Contact the appropriate subcontractor to schedule a repair. Note: Cornerstone Homes may be the contact for some items. After submitting the Warranty Request Form you will be contacted by the warranty department to schedule a repair.

3. If you do not hear back from the subcontractor within two business days, please contact Greg at warranty@cornerstonehomes.us.

EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUEST
In the case of a heating, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems emergency, take the necessary steps to lessen the effects by turning off the water, power, or gas (whichever is applicable) at its source if you can do so safely. Then contact the appropriate subcontractor listed on your Warranty Subcontractor Phone List immediately and contact Cornerstone Homes at 425-319-6453.
