How to Request Warranty Service
Review the Residential Warranty Company Booklet to determine if the problem is covered under the warranty. Maintenance matters, which are the responsibility of the homeowner, are not covered under warranty. If you find that your problem is covered, please complete the online Warranty Request Form. You will then be contacted by a warranty representative within two business days.
EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUEST
In the case of a heating, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems emergency, take the necessary steps to lessen the effects by turning off the water, power, or gas (whichever is applicable) at its source if you can do so safely. Then contact the appropriate subcontractor listed on your Warranty Subcontractor Phone List immediately and contact Cornerstone Homes at 425-338-5888.
